PvZ: Garden Warfare Spices Things Up With New DLC

It’s the end of the world as we know it, and zombies have overrun our gardens. Thankfully, a brand spankin’ new DLC has been revealed to help better prepare our plant forces to take down the undead foe. That’s right, as of tomorrow, Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare will receive a new free DLC, The Tactical Taco Party Pack, available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. This DLC pack is set to include a new map, mode and playlist, additional character variations, and new co-op challenges. The new map players can expect to see is Jewel Function.

Plants are found mining jewels in order to better support their war against the undead, when suddenly they’re caught red-handed by an untimely foe. The new playlist supports up to eight players per team, and the new mode is titled Vanquish Confirmed. The character variants are sponsored by Aquafina FlavorSplash, which plays into how the variants are designed. There’s the Berry Shooter, a blue pea shooter that deals extra damage, but with a slower fire rate. There’s also the Citrus Cactus, who’s basically a cactus having an identity crisis dressed as an orange, who slings orange wedges at its foes.
