The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby Trailer

 

The peculiar directorial debut by Ned Benson, The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby, has received a new Trailer today, courtesy of Weinstein.

 

The movie, which received a 10-minute standing ovation at its Cannes premiere in May, is actually a trilogy, with chapters called Them, Him and Her.

 

James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain play a married couple whose relationship disintegrates when a tragedy occurs. In Them (122 minutes, imdb) we will follow the story from the couple’s perspective, in Him (89 minutes, imdb) from McAvoy’s eyes, and in Her (100 minutes, imdb) the entire fact will be told from the female point of view.

 

The Weinstein Co is releasing Them on September 26, and 6 weeks later it will put out the two earlier takes.
