Destiny Achievement / Trophy List Revealed

In the recent Bungie update on their upcoming title; Destiny, they revealed the achievement/trophy (depending on the console of choice) list.
Prepare for a lot of scrolling as there are many achievements/trophies to unlock, something a lot of hunters look forward to.
It seems most of them focus around grinding (kills and upgrading), something that shouldn’t be too hard for the fans.
