Deep down FullHD presentation at SCEJ conference

Earlier today, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan showcased a host of new PlayStation hardware and software. We’ll have the full report later as there have been some really big announcements, but this news is focused on Deep Down, CAPCOM‘s new game shown for the first time at the PlayStation Meeting in February.

Deep Down has been confirmed as a PS4 exclusive; more specifically, we’re looking at an online “memory-reading RPG” with procedurally generated levels (or shall we say dungeons), monsters and loot, to the point where many gamers are comparing this to a crossover between Demon/Dark Souls and Diablo, with a touch of Assassin’s Creed (Deep Down is actually set in New York, 2094, and players are reviving past memories). The game will be playable at the Tokyo Game Show, so we should have a lot more information soon, but in the meantime you can watch the presentation by Yoshinori Ono in the FullHD high quality video below.
