The head of the Dark Souls 2 production team, Yui Tanmura, has released today an interview reassuring fans about some crucial aspects they will find in this upcoming fantasy RPG.
First and foremost, the game will be hard like the first one and completing it will be a really satisfactory challenge. There will be not easy node as “Normal” is set at the lower difficulties, there will be no pause option too and savegames will be accessible only by autosaves, none of them chosen by the player. Not a casual gamer experience so, and this will surely appeal the real hardcore gamers out there! Another news is that Dark Souls 2 will be available at day one for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC platforms, avoiding so late PC-portings like the one happened with the first chapter.
Plot is still a mystery, but game is confirmed having a gloomy dark/fantasy atmosphere like the previous one.
