Watch Dogs Makes You Think&Play In Fresh New Ways

Creative Director Jonathan Morin is continuing to answer the many questions asked by Watch Dogs fans on Twitter.

Yesterday, a follower asked him about the true difference between Watch Dogs and other games in the increasingly crowded open world genre. Morin answered that he believes the key difference to be the way used by Watch Dogs to interact with the world, as Aiden uses hacking and profiling. Everything in Watch Dogs is structured around the hyper-connected city of Chicago, which according to Morin will bring your brain to consider many different situations, thinking and playing in “fresh and new ways”.

That’s interesting to hear. Let’s hope the game lives up to the hype of “systemic design”, which Morin already said is at the basis of Watch Dogs. Ubisoft‘s new title will launch on 27th May for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, PC & Xbox One, with a WiiU version to follow later; last week the publisher also revealed a trailer dedicated to the enhancement of the PC version development with NVIDIA, you can find it below. While TXAA will only be available to those who own a “green” card, HBAO+ has been confirmed to be working on AMD GPUs as well.
