March Alongside Orcs in Shadow of Mordor

A lot has been revealed today in regards to Monolith Productions‘ upcoming RPG, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. First things first, a new story trailer has been spotted.

One of the most interesting things of Shadow of Mordor is that Talion’s ‘abilities’ gain him followers, regardless if they’re willing or not-enabling him to build his own army. But not just any army-an Orc army. Watch as Talion marches alongside orcs back through the gates of Mordor, to exact his revenge.

 

On another note, this epic story will be brought to life with music composed by Garry Schyman, who won the 2014 British Academy of Film and Television award for Best Original Music as well as well as the D.I.C.E. award for “Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition” from the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences, all for his music in Bioshock Infinite. In addition to, the game’s voice cast has been announced:

  • Nolan North - Black Hand (Uncharted series, Batman: Arkham Origins)
  • Alastair Duncan - Wraith (Mass Effect series, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception)
  • Laura Bailey - Ioreth (Halo 4, Batman: Arkham Origins, The Last of Us)
  • Liam O’Brien - Gollum (Infamous: Second Son, Grand Theft Auto V, The Last of Us)
