Microsoft to Avoid any “Gaps” With XB1 Game Releases

Phil Spencer, Microsoft Studios’ corporate vice-president, has made it clear that a steady flow of first party games for the Xbox One will be a priority. Spencer wants to avoid what happened with the Xbox 360, it had a strong launch line-up of first party games but shortly after there was a massive gap where no first party games came out for a while.

” We haven’t announced everything that’s coming yet”, Spencer teases, and that we should look forward to the VGAs - I mean VGXs - that will air on December 7th. We can surely expect some more announcements regarding more Xbox One first party exclusives very soon.

I was wondering about this, with both companies actually. I for one though Sony would have revealed more new content at their pre-launch event (was it just Uncharted or did I miss something?)
