Nintendo to Release 8-bit Album for 30 Years of NES

Can you believe the NES is already 30 years old?! Nintendo’s first console launched 30 years ago, and changed gaming for ever with such classics as Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Metroid and much more. In fact, you can celebrate the 30th anniversary of the NES with a 2-disc album featuring the 8-bit tunes of classic tracks, recorded directly from the games but promised to be the “clearest possible”.

The album will be released on December 4th for 2,400 Yen, roughly $24.
