The Tomorrow Children Gameplay Debut Later Today; Alpha Coming Soon, But Only For North America

It’s been some time since The Tomorrow Children has been announced at Gamescom. A very intriguing trailer was shown at the time, but according to the official Twitter account, the gameplay debut will happen later today during a livestream charity event (Extra Life) held on Raptr channel at 5PM PDT.

Earlier, developer Q-Games also clarified that the closed alpha is coming soon, although there are no dates yet. North American PlayStation 4 players can sign up here, codes will be limited but at least they’ll have chance unlike Europe, where the test will only be available for PlayStation MVPs and “Beta” members.

That’s certainly a bummer for European players, but at the very least today we’ll get to see some new gameplay footage of The Tomorrow Children, which is perhaps the first PS4 game to use Asynchronous Compute extensively.
