Total War devs The Creative Assembly recently announced a forthcoming update for Total War Rome 2 which will introduce a brand new faction, beta tested Steam Workshop support, and an array of further AI improvements and campaign optimizations.
The “Seleucid Empire” is the game’s new factions which introduces all new buildings, units, technology tress, objectives, and a new wonder. The new faction will be available in both single-player and multiplayer modes.
Steam Workshop support will allow developers to test updates and offer new content, whilst the latest patch fixes more of the problems that haunted the game’s shaky launch, as detailed in our review.
