Even before WWZ was near to hit screens Brad Pitt said that he wanted to continue this zombie saga, but after the mixed reviews and Box Office results there was a chance that the actor might have changed his mind. But today, while promoting his new film 12 Years a Slave in Toronto, Brad Pitt confirmed again his intention to give to World War Z a sequel:
“We’re certainly talking about it. We have so many ideas on the table from the time we spent just developing this thing and figuring out how the zombie worlds work. We have so many ideas and so much information – we think we have a lot of stuff to mine from. We gotta get the script right to determine if we go further… We’ll wait and see how the script turns out, but yes, I’d love to come back”.
