Stealth game “Tangiers” looks like a surrealist painting given life

With a week to go and £29,157 of its £35,000 Kickstarter goal funded, UK developed stealth game Tangiers is almost over the final hurdle and could be coming to a PC near you. Developed by Bristol based two man team Andalusian, Tangiers’ surreal and twisted world looks like it popped right out of a painting from the Dada movement or from the pages of William S. Burroughs.

According to the game’s Kickstarter page

Tangiers is a dark, uneasy game- an exploration of broken cities and landscapes.”

Built on the Unity engine, the game will feature a blend of stealth and exploration finding its influence in the popular Thief series and presenting the player with a dark, avant-garde 20th Century inspired world. For more information on Tangiers go to the game’s Kickstarter page and if you like what you see, be sure to pledge a donation to make sure this art inspired game finds it’s audience.
