Universal’s 2 Guns (adaptation of the BOOM! Graphic novel) with Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg debuted in first place this weekend at the US Box Office grossing $27.4 million, taking the seat at last weekend’s champ The Wolverine, which is now in second place with $21.7 million. The Smurfs 2 (another debut movie) claimed the third place with an estimated $18.2 million, but the critics for this one are terrible, with a current Metascore of 34/100.
