Sacha Baron Cohen is no longer Freddie Mercury

Thanks to IGN we learn that Sacha Baron Cohen, sadly, has just left his role in the upcoming Freddie Mercury biopic produced by GK Film.

Apparently Cohen left the project over “creative differences” (as usually happens when an actor choose to leave a movie) after disagreeing with producers over the “tone” of the film. The movie’s release planned for early 2014 will be surely delayed.
