During Konami‘s pre-E3 conference, the Japanese software house revealed that Kiefer Sutherland is Snake, or rather, will be voicing him in Metal Gear Solid 5. As the game takes place in 1984, at that time Snake was 49 years old - as such, Kiefer Sutherland was a perfect match.
Sutherland expressed his great enthusiasm and commitment to act as this legendary videogame character.
