One of the few Marvel characters disappearing from cinemas is coming back soon. We’re talking about Wolverine, who will get another movie kolossal just this summer named The Wolverine.
Direction has been assigned to James Mangold, and obviously Wolverine’s role is once again taken by the charismatic Hugh Jackman, who owes much of his notoriety to this character. Of course, no superhero movie could possibly lack an archenemy, and it’s time to discover the Silver Samurai with the image below. According to the story, this is a Japanese character who fights armored with a sword; it will be played by actor Will Yun Lee.
Christopher McQuarrie (who already won the Oscar prize for his work in The Usual Suspects ) has been working on the script, with some help from Mark Bomback. The movie is expected to release in theatres between 24-26 July in most countries.
