USA Network to air Colony season one

Back in July 2014, USA Network handed a pilot green light to Colony, an alien drama set in a near future Los Angeles. Apparently, things went so well that today the series received a full 10-episode order!
USA Network will air the Colony Season One later this year, written and executive produced by Lost co-showrunner Carlton Cuse and Ryan Condal (Hercules).
Set in the near future, Colony takes place in Los Angeles, a city occupied by an alien regime. Some people choose to collaborate with the authorities and benefit from the new order, while a growing human resistance movement is making its moves.
The show stars Josh Holloway (Lost) and Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead). A thanks to our friends at Deadline for the heads up.
