The Maze Runner: Scorch Trials announced

After debuting on first position in the US Box Office of this weekend with a solid $32.5 million, the post-apocalyptic movie The Maze Runner has reportedly to have been already confirmed for a sequel by 20th Century Fox.
The name of the movie will be The Maze Runner: Scorch Trials, and it will hit theaters on September 18, 2015 with Wes Ball once again attached to direct.
This news is not unexpected honestly, as the first movie was based on the first book of the science fiction trilogy of the same name by James Dashner, so we are quite likely to also get a final chapter in 2016 called The Death Cure in addition to this sequel, although the entire matter has yet to be confirmed.
