Even if the first 8 episode season is not yet over (the finale is on June 29), the best of the news is already here for the fans of Penny Dreadful: Showtime has renewed its gothic horror TV series for a second season, planned to be composed of 10 episodes this time, to air in 2015.
Penny Dreadful stars Eva Green, Timothy Dalton and Josh Hartnett in a Victorian London full of horrors.
The show has been an interesting combination of genres, and the audience seems to appreciate it, giving the series an average IMDb score of 8.6.
