Deep Silver just announced in a press released the existence of Dead Island Epidemic, a ZMOBA (Zombie Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) title that will be demonstrated for the first time at Gamescom 2013.
In Dead Island Epidemic, up to three teams of players will battle each other in a desperate struggle for survival. The game will be free-to-play and has been announced only for PC at this time.
