After being screened early this year in a lot of FIlm Festivals (Sundance, Berlin, Sydney, Provincetown) receiving mixed reviews, Lovelace with Amanda Seyfried is now ready for a limited US theatrical release on August 9, to be followed by a UK release on August 23.
Radius-TWC’s movie revolves around the life of porn star Linda Lovelace, an American actress who was famous for her performance in the enormously successful 1972 hardcore porn film Deep Throat, the first legal adult film in History.
To celebrate the theatrical distribution, a new Lovelace trailer appeared online, you can watch it below courtesy of deadline. The cast also features Peter Sarsgaard, Hank Azaria, Adam Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Debi Mazar, Chloë Sevigny, James Franco, Chris Noth and Sharon Stone.
