A few hours ago we informed you of the existence, although not yet official, of Call of Duty: Ghosts. Well, Activision wasted no time and just announced officially the next chapter in the best selling videogame series with a dedicated teaser that you can find below.
The self-explaining video is a live action, even though there is not much action at all. Interestingly enough, the mood of the trailer hints at a stealthier approach, which is after all understandable given the “Ghosts” reference in the title. We’ll see if that is actually reflected in the gameplay. Anyway, an in-game demonstration will be shown during MIcrosoft’s E3 press conference, scheduled for 10 June.
Activision confirmed that the title will enjoy a heavily upgraded engine geared for next-generation hardware. Call of Duty:Ghosts is expected to release on both current and next-generation consoles, plus PC.
