The Latest Patch for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Introduces Problems on PS3/X360; Renders the Multi Unplayable

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, the latest entry in the mega-successful franchise, has already had a few patches, but the last one for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 is rather unusual as it actually causes a lot of problems for players on those consoles. Could we call it a patch then, or rather a tear?

 

What seems to be the main problem is that the game either constantly freezes or that the players cannot choose their loadout, forcing them to be in spectate mode. After few minutes, they’re kicked due to inactivity.

 

Their twitter has been flooded with messages regarding the problem and they acknowledge the problem and are investigating it at the moment. Meanwhile, players started asking for the game to be rolled back to update 1.03.

More users in distress are posting on the community forums.

 

There has not been reports of this happening on either PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, because those games run on different update versions.
