Get Into Evolve Big Alpha With This Code

Are you itching to try the new 4-vs-1 game by Turtle Rock Studios? You’re lucky, as the Evolve Big Alpha test is about to begin, with Xbox One getting a 24 hours exclusive access on October 30, while PC and PlayStation 4 users will have to wait for October 31; the test will run until November 2.

Players can register for the Xbox One test here, while the others can do it here; keep in mind that some countries are not eligible (there’s a full list at this address). We just received a press release from 2K, which included a comment by Chris Ashton, co-founder and design director at Turtle Rock Studios.

The incredible reactions from early Evolve players have exceeded our highest expectations, but we still have a lot of hard work ahead of us in the coming months. We need to stress test the servers and the matchmaking system, look at balance, unlock rates, etc. The alpha test is not fully representative of the final product, but it’s our chance to see what the game looks like in the real world, and we will test again in the open beta for Evolve exclusively for Xbox One in January 2015. The data gathered in the tests will help make Evolve the best that it can possibly be when it launches on February 10, 2015.

We also have a multiuse code for you, but be quick as it will not last long! This gives you a chance to be in the Big Alpha, mind you.

Don’t worry if you can’t redeem the code now, as there will be more opportunities over the official Facebook & Twitter pages, not to mention the official forums. Evolve looks very promising so far, as you can read in our hands-on preview.
