Another World Receives Polished Look on PS4

Another World, a classic platforming action-adventure title will finally be coming to PlayStation 4, and sporting a next-gen finish. The world of Another World has always been known for immersing players in a deeply emotionally rooted story, as the protagonist of the story, Lester Knight Chaykin, fights for his own survival against an alien race. As of recent, video game creator Eric Chahi explained that, “today’s consoles manufacturers are more open to exotic graphics and gameplay than five years ago – especially when it comes from another time.” To put it simply, the overall goal of this transfer was to deliver a much more polished look of Another World as it makes its way to the PlayStation 4.

The game won’t be a complete port, though. A few adjustments have also been made, including: new background colors, more checkpoints and sound effects, and the obvious higher resolution.

Another World on next-gen will officially drop on June 25th!
