There has been a lot of debate and controversy over How I Met Your Mother finale, actually so much that viral alternate endings surfaced.
However, all the opinions aside, we can’t deny that their choice for the last song was great and very fitting:
The lyrics sum up the series nicely, and the melody simply evokes nostalgia, considering years people invested in it. The series has been running from 2005 to 2014, following the adventures of a group of close friends.
