Microsoft: Very Exciting E3 From 1st And 3rd Parties

Today, Microsoft surprisingly announced a price cut for the Xbox One Titanfall bundle, which will cost £399 in the UK and $499 in the US.

The bundle includes the following:

• Download code for a digital copy of Titanfall
• Xbox One console and Kinect
• Xbox One wireless controller
• Xbox One Chat Headset
• One month Xbox Live Gold membership

 

The Guardian also spoke with Harvey Eagle, UK Head of Marketing for Xbox, who teased a very exciting E3, with many announcements from both first and third party studios.

We’ve made some exclusive announcements, including Project Spark, Kinect Sports Rivals and Sunset Overdrive. There will also be a significant pipeline of new games coming from Microsoft studios, some of which have been announced, some you’ll hear about at E3.

Sony has been boasting about a strong E3 2014 as well for a while. Could this be a much bigger E3 than last year’s? I certainly hope so. In the meantime, we still have GDC and PAX East in the middle and I hope to get a few interesting announcements before E3.
