CBOAT: Xbox One Kinectless For 400 By Summer

Legendary insider CBOAT just unleashed a rumor on the Web about an Xbox One Kinectless SKU releasing this Summer (at the earliest), for 400 $/€.
This should also include a game, which would be quite the deal if true. CBOAT also added that the rumor will have to be checked again around May.
