Yakuza Ishin PS4 Will Run At 1080P, confirms SEGA
Yakuza Ishin PS4 has been confirmed by SEGA to be running at FullHD (1080P). The differences between the next-gen version and the PS3 one have been detailed on the Japanese website; we have posted some snapshots below.
This one confirms that PS3 runs at 720P instead of 1080P.
Here, the frame rate difference is clarified: 60FPS (PS4) vs 30 (PS3).
The DualShock 4 touchpad wil be used to scroll the map screen.
Other advantages are listed, such as the Share function and the ability to play while the game is still being installed on PS4, while PS3 users will have to wait the end of the installation to begin playing.
Lastly, SEGA adds that Yakuza Ishin PS4 will benefit from far shorter loading times and of course, there will be Remote Play available for the owners of PS Vita.
Yakuza Ishin will be released for PS3 and PS4 along the new Sony console in Japan, on 22th February. There’s no release date yet for North America or Europe, but there is hope that SEGA will port the game; in the meantime, if you know Japanese you can always import, since the console is region free anyway.
