Godzilla trailer by Gareth Edwards is great

If you don’t feel in the mood for another popcorn American mindless action movie, you should probably take a look at the first Godzilla trailer by Gareth Edwards. This director, who showed to the world his class in his debut movie Monsters, has made a version of Godzilla taking the matter of the destruction of a city very seriously… and the trailer you can watch below is quite amazing. We can only hope that the complete movie will maintain this tone.

Godzilla stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Bryan Cranston, Ken Watanabe and Juliette Binoche, planning to hit theaters on May 16, 2014.
