Dead Rising 3 runs at 720P/30FPS

As revealed by Executive Producer at Capcom Vancouver Josh Bridge in this interview with Eurogamer, Dead Rising 3 runs at 720P/30 FPS. It joins a considerable number of Xbox One games running at 720P, including Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4, and according to some rumors even Destiny and Titanfall.

The trend certainly cannot be ignored. Forza Motorsport 5 seems to be the only game able to push 1080P/60FPS on Xbox One, but then again it uses prebaked lighting, unlike for instance the competitor DriveClub on PlayStation 4. We have known for a long time that Xbox One wasn’t as powerful as PlayStation 4, but honestly I did not think the difference would be as pronounced as it is becoming clear; we’re talking a difference similar to Xbox - PlayStation 2, but Xbox was more expensive and came out a year later, so it was more natural.
