More evidence of GTA V on PC
GTA V released last week, getting an overwhelmingly positive reception from public (both acclaim and sales) and press. For what it’s worth, after reaching almost 50% completion, I can easily tell you that it’s more than deserved; I’ll get into the finer details in the review.
However, surely many people must have wondered, as I did, how good the game could look on a PC. GTA V is already an incredible technical achievement on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but clearly DX11, better effects and higher resolutions would be the best way to experience the amazing world crafted by Rockstar Games. Well, there might be hope after all as more evidence just emerged of GTA V on PC: these are PC related beta change logs that were picked by an XML file in the PS3 version.
- 985459 – PC - [PT][PB] Crash - > game_win32_beta_dx11.exe!strRequest::Release() Line 47 + 0xf bytes C++
- 614622 - [LB][PT][LDS][DX11] Blooms too much on smog weather setting.
- 632447 - [PC] All the phones are very dark and hard to read
- 496009 - [PC] Debug picker seems to be non-functional

Max Payne 3 looked absolutely great on PC, and I can’t wait to see this masterpiece brought to life thanks to the increased power of a personal computer. What about you?
