In rather sad news today, Irrational Games, creators of Bioshock and this year’s Bioshock Infinite, confirmed that 8 people have been let go from the studio. No word on who exactly has been laid off, but Irrational assures fans that the development of the two upcoming DLC packs for Bioshock Infinite, Burial at Sea, will not be affected in any way.
It’s always sad to hear when people lose their jobs, luckily everyone at Irrational is extremely talented and we wish the 8 people the best of luck for the future.
