The official Twitter account of Battlefield just confirmed that Battlefield 4 won’t allow cross-gen saves. Moreover, each platform will have its own separate career.
This is more relevant news since it means that players won’t be able to begin playing on PS3/X360 (or PC) and then continue on PS4/Xbox One, which will be launching later than the game for current generation platforms and PC.
