A director for 50 Shades of Grey movie adaptation

After a lot of rumors in the past months involving cult directors like David Cronenberg or Gus Van Sant it’s today’s news that Sam Taylor-Johnson (responsible for just one movie, the good Nowhere Boy in 2009) will direct 50 Shades of Grey movie adaptation.
The book is a 2011 erotic romance novel by British author E. L. James, first installment of the Fifty Shades Trilogy, that revolves around a love story that will lead to sexual practices involving bondage, dominance and sadomasochism (BDSM).
